Had a perfect stay for two nights, everything was amazing. Got king room with separate twin beds when arrived, greatly enjoyed that. Extra touches like an iron, a work desk, and coffee/tea making equipment were a treat, staff were helpful. The location was comfortable and exceptionally nice because it was close enough to the town's unique museums and the town's other attractions, centre of town, and the post office.

Rooms were clean with personalized local dining recommendations.
Finding the B&B was frustrating. It's a trek from the bus stop with steep hills. The limited breakfast options felt absurd, only one yogurt left for multiple guests. The stairs were tiring, and managing our luggage was a nightmare instead of a relaxing stay.

it was a beautiful and absolutely amazing hotel in a safe area, right by the town's unique museums and other attractions and the centre of the wonderful medieval quarter of orvieto and the old town easy walking distance from all the main sights. the best part of our such wonderful stay was the great breakfast with cheese and scrambled eggs, as example. the location was great and amazing, just 5 minutes walk from a roman catholic cathedral.

Clean rooms. Location was excellent, just a short walk to the Duomo and shopping areas. Breakfast featured good baked goods, but I found the variety somewhat limited. Staff were helpful when I needed tips on local attractions. The absence of a refrigerator in the room was inconvenient, especially since I wanted to prepare some snacks. Navigating the steep hills with luggage was a bit challenging. A lovely spot for exploring Orvieto, just be prepared for the stairs. The charm of the historic building really added to the experience!

The breakfast had good fresh baked goods, and being just a short distance from great eateries like Trattoria la Palomba and Il Vincaffe made every meal a culinary adventure. Our host even shared very nice tips for discovering hidden gems in Orvieto.
Getting from the funicular to the B&B could use clearer directions. I navigated those tight streets better with a friendly bus driver. Still, the charming ambiance of the area made the trek worth it.

Local "Tufo" stone and offers a serene atmosphere. My room was spacious and well-decorated, perfect for relaxation. I wished the breakfast had more variety. Still, its proximity to historic sites made it easy to explore Orvieto's charm.
